I’ve been scowering the net looking for a new cross trainer for my home. And this is one mean machine!

The Proform 690HR is amazing. Not only is it packed full of market leading features (see below for more information on these) but it folds up, so when your done with it, you can easily pack it away. This is absolutely ideal for me as I dont have much space to play with.

Pulse measurement is read by the integrated EKG™ Grip Pulse Heart Rate Monitor, which offers an accurate pulse reading with the convenient sensors built into the handlebars – simply grip them for a reading of your heart rate.
There is an optional chest belt available which will provide the most accurate feedback available. The reading is displayed directly on to the Blue backlit 7 x 10 LED matrix display that provides constant and accurate feedback on revolutions, time, distance, calories burned and pulse.
The console also features an odometer to track distance for both the individual workout and all sessions to date, and a pace coach to keep you on track with every workout.”
